Ours is simple: First, we do a thorough walkthrough of your home, either in-person or virtually. Next, we determine what kind of furnishings, lighting, and personalized décor it will need. Finally, the fun part: We deliver and arranging curated furniture, décor, and artwork to your home. We team carefully style each space to enhance flow, warmth, and visual appeal. Your empty or lived-in house becomes an inviting space that buyers can envision a future in.

According to a 2025 report the National Association of Realtors (NAR), home staging boosts perceived property value and reduces time on the market. In addition, staging helped the majority of home buyers (83%) polled could envision the property as their future home.
How much does home staging cost?
Home staging fees in Seattle vary based on the season, the listing size, and the unique features that make the property special. Whether it is a full stage or partial stage also plays a role in determining price. This is why we always do a walkthrough to fully assess the strengths of the listing and the scope of the project.
How soon can you stage my listing?
Home staging in Seattle, like all major cities, has its high and low season. How busy we are will impact how soon we can stage your property. We try to get started whenever our availability aligns with the timing of your desired list date. The sooner a date is established, the sooner we can get to work!
Which rooms should I stage?
According to the National Association of Realtor (NAR), and our experience, the living room, primary bedroom, dining room, and kitchen are the four most important spaces to stage. The guest bedrooms and children’s bedroom are least likely to be staged.
How do furniture rentals work?
Every home staging bid includes an initial furniture rental. This is usually for 30 days with the option to renew. In slower seasons, we may offer longer furniture rentals. Some Seattle homeowners and brokers prefer prorated furniture rentals. “Prorated” refers to only paying a portion of the regular rental. We can provide weekly and 14-day prorated furniture rentals.
Can I renew the furniture rental?
Yes, of course! Within two weeks of your initial furniture rental expiring, we email you to ask if you would like to continue renting and for how long. After that, we share an invoice. The process is very simple.
How can I schedule a destage?
All you need to do is contact us via email or phone to request a destage. This is regardless of whether the listing is pending or not. You have full control of when you want to do this. We kindly ask for a one-week notice before destaging your property because this helps us find a day on the calendar that works for everyone (you and our team included).
